  • Chat data: Messages you send through our AI chat assistant, including business type, service interests, budget range, and timeline preferences.
  • Google account data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

b) Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type, and operating system.
  • Analytics data: We use Mixpanel to track how you interact with our website, including pages viewed, buttons clicked, chat interactions, and feature usage. This data is linked to your user account if you are logged in, or to an anonymous identifier if you are not. See Section 7 below.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 7 below.
  • Anonymous authentication data: When you use the chat without an account, a temporary anonymous identifier is created.

4. Data Sharing

  • Google Firebase: Authentication, database hosting, and cloud functions (data processed in the EU/US under Google's Data Processing Terms).
  • OpenAI: Chat messages are sent to OpenAI's API to generate AI responses. OpenAI processes data under their enterprise privacy terms and does not use API data for training.
  • Mixpanel: Product analytics to understand how users interact with our website. Mixpanel processes data under their privacy policy. Data may include pages viewed, features used, and user identifiers.
  • Vercel: Website hosting and deployment.
  • Legal requirements: Where required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. International Transfers

Some of our service providers (Google, OpenAI, Mixpanel, Vercel) may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions, in compliance with UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months after deletion.
  • Chat data: Retained for up to 24 months for service improvement, then anonymised or deleted.
  • Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months.
  • Anonymous session data: Automatically deleted after 90 days.
